Default Healing spring notification

When I cast healing spring, It doesn't tell me that I am under the effect of the spring, for instance, as Ignite Arrow show's that I have the skill active. And Stepping in to that nice water in the wilds mission shows me that the water is healing me.

I'd like it to inform me that I am currently in a Healing Spring area, and also my team mates, because So many times me or my GF has cast it, and I didn't notice, so I cast my own, or others that I play with who are low on health go running off fighting when they should be waiting near me to get healed.

If there is a reason that it doesn't do this, then let me know.
